Brief introduction:
The artificial island floating in Tokyo Bay is known as the "24-ward CCC". Growing up on this island, Shota, Ran and Anghui have different families, hobbies and personalities, but they are inseparable friends. However, their relationship has changed dramatically because of a certain case.
