Brief introduction:
In 1937, the iron hooves of Japanese imperialism ravaged the Central Plains, the towering ancient capital of Nanjing fell, and tens of thousands of soldiers and civilians were brutally killed by the inhumane invaders. Corpses are everywhere, rivers of blood flow, and the prosperous city of Nanjing has become an unbearable hell on earth. The aggressor ignores international treaties and covets the security zones demarcated by Western countries. In the middle of the city, the church of St. Madeleine, surrounded by gunfire, stands tall and does its best to shelter those who have taken refuge here. The priest was reluctant to leave, and Fabi (played by Zhang Jiayi) insisted on staying with him. Yumo (played by Song Jia), Chunchi (played by Gao Ye), Cardamom (played by Zhang Kejia) and others who live at the bottom come to the church, but even if they are in trouble, they will inevitably suffer from the contempt and ridicule of other compatriots. The test of fate is becoming more and more cruel, in order to protect the supreme life, Fabi, Dai Tao (played by Hu Ge) and others have experienced the most thorough baptism in their lives......
